First let’s get the date in the diary.

Once the date is booked and payment has been received, you’ll get an email asking you to complete the pre-work.
This way we can prepare as much as possible to get maximum value from your day.

KICK-OFF
CALL
In the same email, you’ll be able to schedule a 30-minute Kick-off call with us to dot “i’s” and cross “t’s” in relation to the work that needs to be done.
This will tie everything together and give you clarity on expectations and give us all the information we need.
STEP FOUR
YOUR VIP ACCELERATOR DAY
On your VIP Day, we will dive right into your project.
We may get in touch with you via email, but on the whole you don’t necessarily need to be around the whole day.
Just be aware to keep an eye on your emails.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if I need more than a Day?
Sometimes this happens. During our Kick-off Call we’ll discuss if your to-do list is possible to do in one day. If it looks like you need more than a day then we can arrange for a separate follow-up VIP day. However we will do everything we can to complete your project within the VIP timeframe. If more time is needed, we’ll give you the opportunity of adding extra time, or empower you to finish it off yourself.
What happens if I need to re-schedule?
If things change and you need to reschedule, no problem. Just bear in mind that our days are limited and fill up really quickly, so make sure you re-schedule as soon as you know you need to.
What if I have software you don’t have experience in?
We have experience in a LOT of softwares, (Keap, FG Funnels, WordPress, Elementor, Active Campaign, Mailgun, Zapier, Mailchimp, Clickfunnels, Leadpages). Mostly we’re able to figure out the software but if we can’t we’ll let you know (happens rarely).
We don’t work in Squarespace, Wix or other website builders.
Is VAT Included in the price?
Sadly no, we are UK VAT registered and do have to add VAT onto our price.
